Please complete all fields on the information form following registration (you can also find this in your email following registration), including the link to your video audition. We recommend scrolling down on the information form and reading the instructions first to create your video, then returning to fill out the form.

Once we receive your completed form and review your audition video, our team will follow up with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to jaredm@ltl.church.
